We do not sell your personal data.
What we collect

We only ask for what we need. Do not send special-category data (health, etc.) unless we have explicitly agreed a lawful reason — we do not need it for a standard offer kit.
Lawful bases (UK GDPR)
- Contract — to take payment and deliver your subscription / kit
- Legitimate interests — to reply to enquiries, run a small UK business securely, and soft follow-up related to an enquiry you started
- Consent — where we ask for it (e.g. optional marketing emails), which you can withdraw any time
Payments (Stripe)
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card number. Stripe processes payment data under its own terms and privacy policy. We receive confirmation of payment, amount, and contact details needed for fulfilment and accounting.
Who we share data with
Only processors that help us run Offer Studio, for example:
- Stripe — payments
- Email / workspace provider (e.g. Microsoft 365) — inbox and delivery
- Hosting (e.g. Vercel) — site hosting
- Optional AI providers — only if you use LLM-assisted kit generation and an API key is configured
We do not sell lists. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights/safety.
International transfers
Some processors may store or process data outside the UK. Where that happens, we expect them to use appropriate safeguards (e.g. UK adequacy or standard contractual clauses) as described in their policies.
Retention

Cookies / analytics
The site aims to use only essential cookies for basic operation. If we add analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this notice and show a simple cookie notice before non-essential cookies run.
Children
Offer Studio is aimed at adult business operators. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this notice as the product evolves. The dated version on offerstudio.co.uk is the current one.
